Editorial September 2010
Every once in a while communities take giant leaps forward in a very short period of time. Our Alabama Indian Communities have done just that in past year or two. New ideas are forming, new connections are happening.
Pravasi Herald is connecting people far and near, bringing communities closer and serving as the bridge for the mainstream Alabamians to Indian people, culture, and events. Let’s not be bashful about showing off our talents, achievements and heritage. This is our forum for expression.
India’s economy is burgeoning. Indians in US are making their mark in politics and entertainment as well. There is going to be an ever-increasing interest in all-things Indian.
Pravasi Herald will be expanding its features, frequency and coverage in other states in very near future. We are inviting all suggestions that can enhance your experience with Pravasi Herald.
We thank you for your readership!
Sincerely,
Kusum Singh
Chief Editor
