Rich and healthful Dates Dessert

Ingredients:
One box or 30 ounce pitted dates
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup (whole) almonds
½ cup (whole) cashews
½ cup (whole) pistachios
½ cup coconut powder

Instructions:
In a heavy saucepan, over low- medium heat, melt the dates with condensed milk. Add nuts and gently stir until all the ingredients are completely mixed up. Remove from heat, and stir until it cools down. On a clean surface, spread the coconut powder; roll the mixed dough to make two or three separate long and thin roles. Place the roles in the freezer for an hour or so to harden. Take it out, cut round pieces of your desired size, and enjoy the sweet dates with decorative nuts!
