Check if you are carrying spice Khus Khus to Middle East countries to avoid arrest for 10 years
Madras High Court has directed the officials of Central Board of Excise and Customs to put up notices at all airports and seaports listing commodities that are commonly used in India but are banned in the Middle East. Justice Prabha Sridevan and Justice M Sathyanarayanan passed the judgment on advocate Nandakumar’s PIL on November 11, 2009, and the petitioner received the copy on November 30.
