An update on ICAB Youth activities for 2011 - 2012
ICAB Youth has done quite a lot this year. We have performed in front of the Governor of Alabama, the Consulate General of India and a few other Consulate Generals, sang the Indian national anthem, planned more fun activities, and performed at the temple.

Senate Confirms Deepa Gupta, Anuj Desai to U.S. Posts
The U.S. Senate recently confirmed the nominations by President Barack Obama of two Indian Americans: Deepa Gupta, of Illinois, as a member of the National Council on the Arts for a term expiring Sept. 3, 2016; and Anuj Chang Desai, of Wisconsin, as a member of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission for the term expiring Sept. 30, 2012.

RBI allows NRIs transfers from NRO to NRE accounts
