By Ravi Chhabra
This article is provided by Ravi Chhabra, a Certified Professional Coach who works as a Life Coach and a Business Consultant. Ravi works with individuals, business organizations, and non-profit organizations to help them focus on higher effectiveness, efficiencies, and growth in all of their worthwhile causes and endeavors.
Due to the demands of modern fast paced lifestyle many people have too much stress that may not be good for their health and well-being. Goal related stress can be healthy – it helps us stay motivated to improve our life. Distress, on the other hand, can cause disease or at the least it shows up as not at ease or “dis-ease” with our whole being. Distress can rob us of our energy. So many people these days are not at ease with other people or situations.
It is said that at the core of our being we have ingredients of perfect health. Sages and seers have told us that the core of our core is simply pure. So by connecting to our core we can create health in a holistic manner and experience our wholeness – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, Psychological, and Spiritual.
